Aeroflex Inds board approves proposal to raise funds upto Rs 400 crore via QIP route

Aeroflex Industries manufactures stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses and assemblies at its factory in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The company had reported 17.96% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 13.66 crore on a 12.98% increase in sales to Rs 94.99 crore in Q2 FY25 over Q2 FY24.

The scrip had declined 1.39% to end at Rs 227.50 on the BSE on Friday.
